What you will do

As an Account Coordinator, work side-by-side with Account Managers to maintain client relationships, keep assignments on track/time and develop reports to promote our success. Be passionate and enthusiastic, take ownership, dive right in, and be excited to learn a ton and help where needed. Our Account Coordinators are valued members of our team and if you have the right stuff, we want to move you up quickly to an Account Manager.

  • Maintain client relationships with status updates and conference reports
  • Track progress on projects such as website overhauls, blogs, articles, digital ads, and PR campaigns
  • Write and edit SEO-driven web copy, blogs, and email communications
  • Build social media calendars and write social media posts
  • Assist with strategy and execution of national and local PR campaigns
  • Media train clients for news interviews
  • Track and report PR campaign results
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, publication relations, communications, journalism, English, psychology, or any of the liberal arts required
  • Writing experience preferred
  • Social media experience preferred
  • Previous agency experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Emotional intelligence to read a room
  • Project management aptitude to keep workload flowing and meet deadlines
  • Solid computer skills
  • Stellar organization skills to manage multiple projects
  • Franchise experience a plus
