The Marketing Specialist will oversee all of NetSearch Digital’s marketing efforts for prospects and current client in order to increase NetSearch sales. The Marketing Specialist  will work closely with the department managers in an effort to manage the different marketing campaigns that will bring in new business opportunity for the company.  

An ideal candidate is someone who lives the company’s core values daily, is motivated, great communicator, organized and has experience with creating a successful marketing plan. The candidate will be responsible for internal check-ins on campaign performance through paid ads, search engine optimization, email marketing, blog posting, social posting, newsletters, etc.


The Marketing Specialist’s core responsibility is managing and overseeing all marketing efforts to bring in new business opportunities as well as retaining current clients for NetSearch. The Marketing Specialist role will be managed under the direction of the Sales Manager. The Marketing Specialist will propose and communicate with all department Managers, Operations Director, and CEO.

  • Full ownership and management of the NetSearch Website
    • The management and schedule of posts to the NetSearch blog
    • Making sure all content is up to date and accurate for products & services offered
    • Managing any new iterations, versions, microsites of the NetSearch website
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that can be reused for social posting and email marketing campaigns
  • Working with Sales Manager on annual conventions, which includes but, not limited to:
    • Trade Show/conference attendance: Travel and booking accommodations
    • Preparing convention flyers, back drop and pop-up banners – all marketing materials
    • Convention giveaways and engagement for new business
    • Registration sheets or landing pages needed to mark new leads
    • Pre-Show and Post-Show Marketing Plan
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Work with Client Services Manager on the campaigns that can leverage our current client growth through enhancements.
  • Planning and running successful e-mail Marketing campaigns (integrated with NSD’s CRM) – The Marketing Specialist would be responsible for producing and publishing all e-mail Marketing campaigns.
  • Management of paid and organic marketing programs for NetSearch
    • Work with the Digital Services team members to develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our website and other web properties
    • Review and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals/ expectations
  • Manage and work with Digital Services team to implement social media strategy for the company
    • Developing a calendar of social media posts that has engaging content related to Digital Marketing, Business Growth, Franchise Information, and internal updates.
  • Handling & Coordinating Sponsorship Opportunities – Roll out with Sales Manager
  • Coordinate and support collateral materials development including marketing sheets, proposals, PowerPoint presentations and email marketing templates
  • Provide CRM system oversight, management and administration of lead entry and opportunity entry in association with integrated TeamWork CRM
  • Managing and publishing the NetSearch Newsletter internally from digital and franchise services.
  • Use the preferred partnership opportunity within franchise brands to advertise NetSearch – Working with our Franchise Services Specialist on what we can/ can not do and manage the output of information
  • Find additional opportunities that can advertise NetSearch as a preferred digital marketing partner


  • 1-2 Years Digital Marketing Experience
  • BS/BA in Marketing
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft’s core products: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Understanding, developing, and monitoring E-Mail Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience with different CRM systems – Management and Results
  • Management of multiple projects / campaigns at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented personality with a passion for Digital Marketing
  • Excels in organization and meets/ exceeds deadlines
