Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Associate to join our production team. This person will be responsible for assisting the SEO PPL Manager in delivering success to clients primarily in the home improvement industry. These clients pay on a performance basis measured by how many qualified leads are delivered (Pay-Per-Lead) with Digital Search advertising campaigns.


Day to day productivity will focus primarily on driving revenue growth through Organic Search strategies (SEO) across many different websites. The Associate will operate within a proven system at a strategic level, covering many aspects of digital advertising including campaign management, optimization, creative testing, and metrics.


The ideal candidate will also possess a drive to build long-term success for our clients, bringing a solution-focused mindset to work each day. We are looking forward to training the right candidate who matches the level of content skillset, drive, and enthusiasm needed for this role. They will need the right mixture of detail-oriented dedication to existing accounts along with motivation to learn new skills and flexibility to adapt to new accounts as the department grows.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ongoing work on a large multi-location lead generation website for one of our largest accounts
  • Daily SEM management of an estimated 15-20 client websites
  • Boost organic visibility of client web properties through on-page and off-page SEO optimizations
  • Writing, Editing, and Uploading content to client’s web properties and landing pages
  • Collect and analyze SEM metrics, analyze results and identify optimizations
  • Modify HTML and CSS elements of client’s web properties
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and opportunities of SEM Services
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and shifts to align with evolving SEM strategies.
  • Collaborate and communicate issues and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Forecasting and reporting of Search Engine Marketing services


Qualifications

  • Experience Working with WordPress Websites
  • A Basic Working Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
  • BS/BA degree preferred (Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Computer Science)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS. Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • The ability to switch between individual and team tasks
  • Goal oriented personality with a passion for Digital Marketing
  • Beneficial to be Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified, and/or achieved Google Ads Nano-Degree or other Digital Marketing related Certifications
  • Beneficial to be Proficient in Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, or other Digital Paid Advertising
