NetSearch Digital Marketing is an independent, full-service digital marketing agency based out of Richmond, Virginia. NetSearch started 14 years ago with a small team of online marketing experts who wanted to create an agency that really excelled at both customer service and our core services.

The Inside Sales Representative Position

NetSearch is seeking to fill our Inside Sales position with an enthusiastic, career minded, individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to the digital sales director and has the day to day responsibility of generating sales opportunities and assisting with the many facets of the sales effort. The Sales Assistant will receive on the job training to become a full-time Sales Associate.

The core responsibilities of this position would include

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Working with sales team when closing sale
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Researches and prepares reports and presentations for prospective customers
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1+ year working experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment with an emphasis in sales, administration, or marketing
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • A passion for marketing, sales and technology
  • Ability to learn and think quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A desire to work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve great results
  • Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills


  • Medical Plan- NetSearch Digital Marketing will pay 50% of the age rated HAS plan amount toward to the cost of the employees desired company sponsored health insurance plan. This plan includes Vision.
