NetSearch Digital Marketing is an independent, full-service digital marketing agency based out of Richmond, Virginia. NetSearch started 14 years ago with a small team of web experts who wanted to create an agency that really excelled at both customer service and our core services.

Each account is assigned a dedicated client service person and a digital specialist who’s always available to talk through the project and make sure they’re getting what they need. Client Services Coordinator

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is the main point of contact for NetSearch Digital's awesome customers. The CSC coordinates the setup, delivery and optimization of digital marketing programs for our clients in collaboration with our Digital Services Teams. This person will need to be able to manage client expectations with proactive communication and work with other departments to help achieve the client’s goals.

This position is integral to the success of each of our customer and franchisee relationships and requires an energized individual with an eye for the details. We are a team of passionate digital marketers and we want all our clients to love it as much as we do. The Client Services Coordinator leads that mission!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer support with a combination of, technical expertise, thorough and timely responses, and a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Monitor and provide support on the implementation of digital marketing programs
  • Manages timelines and client expectations
  • Being the first point of contact for your clients on all issues and campaign inquiries
  • Work with other team members to identify and overcome any obstacles to client success 
  • Regular analysis of campaign KPIs
  • Help to develop strategies that align with the client’s business objectives
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings
  • Draft campaign reports and provides progress analysis, as needed
  • Use the company PM system to document all client interactions and project data
  • Work with Franchise Services to help build out franchise related items for franchisors and franchisees
  • Ability to grow into brand management communications working closely with different franchises
  • Develop proposals, sales presentations, and contracts for signature
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and use a consultative selling approach with current clients

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree * 1+ years’ experience working in marketing, project management or customer service
  • Excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent task management skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously * Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering information via email, telephone, and over electronic media such as web conferencing
  • Must be team player who is highly motivated and solution-driven
  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Web-Browsing are a must
