Under the direction of the CEO & Operations Director the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the management of the company’s financials including, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payment processing, new client entry, and financial reporting. This position is part time ranging between 20-30 hours per week (4-6 hours per day).


The Financial Analyst‘s core function will be the management of the company’s financials through different financial systems including QuickBooks, payment processing systems, and integrations software between financial systems.

  • Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation on a daily basis.
  • Management of all Accounts Payables & Receivables.
  • Entering payables into QuickBooks and processing payments.
  • Process check & ACH payments as needed.
  • Manage client billing for new client entry, monthly payment schedules, weekly/ monthly collections, and all billing / payment plan changes.  
  • Cross departmental communications with different financial updates and changes.
  • Reporting: Weekly & Monthly company financial reporting.
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • P&L statements
  • Run general ledgers as needed
  • Sales forecasting with entry of future invoices
  • Sales, collections, AR aging, etc.
  • Monthly payroll processing for all employees.
  • Run commission reports and update accordingly
  • Run payroll reports
  • Work cross departmentally with communications on financials as needed.


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
  • 2-5 Years of QuickBooks experience – strong understanding of QuickBooks and financial reporting
  • Experience with running payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
  • Advanced computer skills 
  • Supply management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment
  • Proven accounting or financial management experience
  • Knowledge of financial management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
